Системы пневмотранспорта на базе ПКН “БИВЕР”
Пневмокамерный насос и входящее в состав линии оборудование стоит рассматривать как единую «систему пневмотранспорта», в которую входит как сам насос так и транспортирующий трубопровод со всеми его элементами и узлами, имеющими, как правило, решающее значение в эффективности процесса пневмотранспортировки материала.
Принципиальные отличия системы пневмотранспорта на базе ПКН “Бивер” от других систем заключается в сниженных в разы затратах электроэнергии, в пересчете на вес транспортируемого материала, и возможности достигнуть высокую производительность, до 400 тонн/час и выше.
Пневмотранспортные системы на базе ПКН «Бивер» перемещают материал по трубе с минимальным абразивным воздействием на её стенки, что в свою очередь очень значительно увеличивает срок службы элементов и узлов трубопровода.
Настоящая технология транспортировки сыпучих материалов, в сравнении с другими способами “пневматического перемещения”, обладает рядом серьезных преимуществ, в том числе:
- В разы сниженный расход воздуха, более чем в 5 раз, на транспортировку материала в сравнение с аналогичными струйными способами пневмотранспорта, как следствие экономия на потреблении энергоресурсов и высокая окупаемость в зависимости от производительности.
- В сравнении с аналогами, дает возможность использования компрессорного оборудования меньшей производительности, и как следствие стоимости и дальнейшего обслуживания.
- Сведенное к минимуму абразивное воздействие на элементы и узлы трубопровода (в сотни раз по сравнению со струйным пневмотранспортом), нет необходимости в приобретении «абразивостойких отводов».
- За счет невысоких скоростей и плотности перемещаемой воздушно-материальной смеси, достигнут отличный показатель сохранности физико-механических свойств материала после окончания процесса транспортировки.
